Rig Training was built on a passion for fitness and years of real-world experience. After playing football in both the UK and US, a serious ACL injury 13 years ago shifted my focus toward rehabilitation and strength training. This journey led me to discover CrossFit and Functional Fitness, eventually resulting in the launch of two successful CrossFit facilities internationally. With over two decades of hands-on experience and professional qualifications, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to train effectively and sustainably.

The videos within the program show how to do the movements, which I find quite helpful!
