Rig Training was built on a passion for fitness and years of real-world experience. After playing football in both the UK and US, a serious ACL injury 13 years ago shifted my focus toward rehabilitation and strength training. This journey led me to discover CrossFit and Functional Fitness, eventually resulting in the launch of two successful CrossFit facilities internationally. With over two decades of hands-on experience and professional qualifications, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to train effectively and sustainably.

Rig Training exists to help others unlock their full potential—whether you’re just starting out or preparing for competition. My programs are built to be inclusive, combining proven methods in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and conditioning to deliver real, lasting results.
