Welcome to 8 Strong - This Program is all about dialling in the Strength and Accessory Work to really Finish the Year Strong.
It is an 8 Week Progressive Strength Program building the % week on Week with a Final Testing Week to display your Strength and really Showcase the work you have put in!
The Focus will be on:

Structural Accessory Work

Core Strength
Within each Session there will be a Conditioning Session focused on Intensity and Power output.
Sessions will last about 60-90 Mins including Warm ups
5 Training Sessions Per Week with 2 Programmed Rest Days
Nutrition Guidance will be included with Recipes and Calories / Macros being individually created for you.
The Program will include an onboarding Group Call and then Bi Weekly Check in Calls with the Group to go over everything.
The Program will all be delivered Via my App and you will be sent a Program invite to Start on 18th October.
