Welcome to the Concept 2 Bike Training Program.
I have had my C2 Bike for the last 4 Years and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made for Quality and Value - I have now finally put together a 12 Week C2 Bike Training Program that will help you get the most out of your C2 Bike as well as improve your Fitness and over all Aerobic Capacity.
The Program will focus on building your Pacing and Endurance on the C2 Bike.
The Program will develop 2 Main Tests:

This Training Module is Designed to be a Supplement to your Current Training Program of you could also use this as a Stand alone Training Program.
The Program will be a 12 Week Progressive Training Program consisting of 3 Phases:

Weeks 1-4 - Building a Base

Week 5-8 - Increasing Intensity

Week 9-12 - Peaking & Testing
This 12 Week Training Module is the First Volume of a Series of C2 Bike Programs that I will be releasing!
Whats inside the Training Module:

4 Training Sessions Per Week across the 12 Weeks 3 Progressive Sessions + 1 Bonus Session (with Body Weight or DB/KB's included)
