Are you wanting to become a hybrid athlete? This program utilises tried and tested training methods to develop your strength and conditioning so you can both look fit and be fit!
If you have been training for a number of years, understand good movement principles and now want to train more functionally, the Hybrid program is for you.
The Hybrid Program will provide a progressive strength based plan through major compound lifts and functional bodybuilding workouts.
Gymnastics movements have been added to this program, along with olympic lifting movements within the conditioning workouts to improve your athleticism and overall functional capacity.

Who is the Program designed for?
For an Experienced / Intermediate gym goer with a good understanding of the compound lifts, basic Power Clean movements and some gymnastics.
The program will consist of all of the big compound lifts, as well as Power Cleans. Functional movements will be incorporated into the conditioning workouts, box jumps, burpees, pull ups as well as offering some more advanced movements such as Toes to Bar and Double Unders.
Hybrid is the Perfect Blend of Crossfit Style mixed with Strength and Bodybuilding Sessions to hit the full body in a number of different ways.
