This program is exactly what it says it is and will delivery exactly what it says in the title.  To me there is nothing more exciting than having a challenging disgusting looking workout in front of you and smashing it, grinding out the middle and making it to the end, laying on the floor tasting your own sweat and needing to rub your eyes clear to see what time you got on the clock.

This program is designed to improve your total fitness through cardio, weightlifting movements and body weight exercises.  It will develop your engine and power out put.

The program can be done on its own or it is the idea tag on after any strength session.
